Event for September 2026
Hi orchid lovers!
For the month of September we will be having a meeting on the third Wednesday evening, which is the 16th this month. It will be at The King of Glory Church which is located at 3430 Maple Grove Road, Boise.
Please park on the south side of the building and enter in the southwest double doors. Take an immediate right. Go to the Bethlehem room.
There will be signs directing you. We’re in our normal room.
Socialization starts at 7:00 and the meeting starts at 7:30.
For this meeting we are hoping that you will tell us about the beautiful, blooming orchid that you brought for the display table or bring any orchid that you are especially fond of.
We would like to hear about their name, family, how they’re grown: where, lighting, moisture level, heat level and any favorite qualities or concerns you have about it, etc.
We’d also really like to hear from you about what subjects you would like to have addressed during any upcoming meetings.
Refreshments will be served.
Door prizes will be passed out to the winners of drawn numbers.
Raffle tickets can be purchased for larger prizes such as blooming orchids.
You can vote for your favorite orchids on the display table.
